Meet Claudia

I have lived in Salem for the past 13 years in a lovely rental property.  Since moving here, I have built lasting relationships within the community, and have become more connected to the people who make Salem such a special place to live.

For the past 25 years, I have been self-employed in the home services industry. My entire career has been rooted in blue-collar work, which has given me a deep appreciation for hard work, personal responsibility, and the everyday challenges faced by working families.

I earned an Associate Degree in General Health, and a Certificate in Community Health from Northern Essex Community College, reflecting my longstanding interest in health, wellness, and community support.

As an environmentalist, and outdoor enthusiast, I have a deep appreciation for nature and conservation. I am also an avid animal lover, and proud companion to my 12-year-old dog, who is an important part of my life.

Community service has always been a priority for me. I have volunteered with Isaiah 58, a wonderful organization that provides vital support to local residents, and have participated in community meal programs in surrounding communities. I served as an alternate member of the Salem Conservation Commission before filling a vacant seat, a term that concluded in May 2026. In addition, I served on the Board of Directors for Miracle Providers in Lowell, Massachusetts.

Throughout my career and volunteer work, I have remained committed to helping others, protecting the environment, and strengthening the communities I call home.
